8. Data Retention

After account termination:

  • Generated content is deleted within 30 days
  • Account information is retained for 90 days
  • Payment records are kept for 7 years per legal requirements
  • Usage logs are anonymized after 180 days

9. Usage Limitations

To ensure fair usage of our service:

  • Content generation is limited to your subscription tier
  • Automated mass content generation is prohibited
  • Reselling or redistributing our service is prohibited

10. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Review any content generated through our service
  • Remove content that violates our terms or fair use policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
  • Report illegal content to relevant authorities

11. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. No refunds will be issued for partial use of service or termination due to policy violations.
